Much like an escape room, present circumstances can amplify our
emotions. Many have experienced loss or simply just fear of the
future. Sometimes we can become so overwhelmed, we even forget God
in the process. This last Sunday, we took time to hear from Pastor
Jack and MFT Jeffrey Ortiz about practical tools concerning our
mental health in the midst of this
pandemic- to learn how to take our thoughts captive and cast our
cares on to Jesus.
