Conflict is inevitable when it comes to our relationships... but there is more going on than just personality differences, there are things going on within us that have to be addressed. Often because these things go un-attended, we end up doing things in our relationships that creates more conflict. Fair fighting is a way to manage conflict and the feelings that come with it effectively. How can we engage in a way that is fair for all involved, how do we respect and honor instead of push buttons and hurt others? Strive to fight fair in all of your relationships.
In times of conflict, I will fight for unity, not for personal victory. We don’t fight to win; we fight for resolution. We fight for a healthy, thriving growing relationship.
